Am I an employee or a contractor?+−
A salaried employee of GlobalEmployees, with provident fund, insurance and paid leave. You are assigned to one international client team full-time.
Do I need to work night shifts?+−
No. Most roles ask for a fixed partial overlap with the client’s working hours — commonly four to five hours — and the rest of your day is flexible.
What does the interview process look like?+−
A screening call with us, a technical round, and one or two rounds with the client team. Usually finished inside two weeks.
