The specific terms of each staffing engagement (roles, responsibilities, fees, and duration) are governed by the individual Service Agreement executed between GlobalEmployees and the client.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the website
• Use the website to transmit any advertising, promotional material, spam, or similar solicitation without our prior written consent

3. Client Obligations

If you engage our staffing services as a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your hiring requirements
• Directly manage the day-to-day work of your dedicated professional(s) — GlobalEmployees handles employment; you direct the work
• Not directly employ, contract, or solicit any professional introduced by GlobalEmployees for a period of 12 months following the end of the engagement, unless agreed upon in writing
• Pay all invoiced fees on time as specified in your Service Agreement
• Comply with applicable laws regarding the work performed by your dedicated professional(s)

4. Job Applicant Terms

If you submit an application through our website or apply for a role:

• You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete
• You consent to GlobalEmployees sharing your resume and professional information with prospective client companies for the purpose of job placement
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee employment
• You agree not to misrepresent your skills, experience, or qualifications

5. Fees, Payment, and Guarantee

Specific pricing, payment terms, invoicing schedules, and the money-back guarantee are defined in the Service Agreement between GlobalEmployees and the client. General terms include:

• There are no upfront setup fees or recruitment charges
• Interviews are free and unlimited — you pay only after selecting a candidate
• Monthly fees are all-inclusive: salary, payroll, HR, infrastructure, and account management
• Our 100% money-back guarantee and free replacement policy are subject to the conditions outlined in your Service Agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the Service Agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the GlobalEmployees website — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, layout, and software — is the property of GlobalEmployees (Subraj International) or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing of the website.

Client work product: All work produced by your dedicated professional during the engagement belongs to you (the client), as specified in your Service Agreement and the NDA executed at the start of every engagement.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

Every engagement includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by the dedicated professional. GlobalEmployees implements the following security measures:

• Professionals work from secured offices on managed workstations
• VPN access and network-level access controls
• Prohibition of personal USB drives, personal email forwarding, and unauthorized data transfer
• All client data stays on client-designated servers or isolated secure infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalEmployees and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the website or services
